We work closely with our customers to find the best solutions and deliver a fast, efficient service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support our ambitious growth plans for the coming years, we are expanding our specialist team with a driven Rotating Equipment Technician who shares our passion for engineering and wants to contribute to the further growth and innovation of our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No two days are the same. <strong>As a Rotating Equipment Technician, you play a crucial role in safeguarding the reliability and efficiency of industrial processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your primary task is to keep our customers\u2019 production running smoothly by performing maintenance and repair work on their industrial fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintenance &amp; repair: perform routine maintenance on rotating equipment to keep it running efficiently: overhauls, repairs, balancing, lubrication, parts replacement and corrective work in the event of failures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection: carry out thorough inspections to spot wear, damage or other issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnosis: identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and airflow\/aerodynamic problems using appropriate measuring and test equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preventive maintenance: develop and execute preventive maintenance programmes to extend asset life and minimise unplanned downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to improvement projects to boost efficiency and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record maintenance activities and keep documentation up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work safely and follow all procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we expect from you<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A technical qualification at MBO level, preferably Mechanical Engineering (WTB) or Electrical Engineering (E), with interest or knowledge of rotating equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy variety: assignments range from 1 day up to 3 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to work irregular hours when needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work experience is a plus, but graduates and career changers with passion for the trade are very welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness and flexibility to travel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can expect from us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A challenging, varied role in a technologically advanced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediate permanent contract (38 hours per week) because we trust you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salary per CAO Metaal &amp; Techniek: \u20ac3,100\u2013\u20ac4,300 gross based on 38 hours, plus irregular-hours allowances where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prefer 4 days per week for your own good reasons?
